Megalotis, which means “great ear'“ in Greek, was founded by Hayden Lambert in 2024 as an attempt to enable the recording and dispersal of both his own music and other homegrown musicians in Mississippi and the South at large. Megalotis eschews ideas of genre and precedent, instead aiming to present its music as intended by the artist. This commitment to artistic integrity is central to our values and stands at the heart of Megalotis.
